Find Your TikTok Video Download on iPhone: Safari and Files Explained
Save through Safari, locate the file in Files, and move a compatible video to Photos when the option is available.
Prepare a public post link
Open the TikTok video and copy its link from the share menu. Launch Safari, open Vrootok and select Video. Paste the link and request the result. Use the normal browser page rather than an unfamiliar installation prompt. A web downloader should not require access to your TikTok account password.
Confirm the browser download
Choose the video result and follow Safari's download prompt if one appears. Interface details vary with iOS version and browser settings. Wait for the transfer to finish; tapping a link does not always mean that a complete file has been saved. Safari's downloads list is the first place to check its status.
Look in Files before Photos
Open Files and inspect Downloads. Your Safari settings may place downloads in iCloud Drive or On My iPhone. If you cannot find the file, open it from the browser download list and inspect its location. A video downloaded as a document will not always move into Photos automatically.
Save to Photos when supported
Open the completed video in Files and use the share menu. If Save Video is available, choose it and check Photos afterwards. If the option is missing, verify that the file is a playable video rather than an audio track or an incomplete download. File format compatibility can affect which actions iOS offers.
Keep the workflow dependable
Rename your own archived clips by date and topic. Keep the original source link alongside project notes when useful. If a transfer fails, request a fresh result instead of repeatedly opening an old temporary link. Respect creator rights and do not interpret a successful download as permission to publish someone else's work.
